F.L.Y. — Finally Loving Yourself™ is more than a movement. It is a return to self.
Founded by Coach Lora Lucinda, F.L.Y. was created from the understanding that countless women spend years abandoning themselves while trying to care for everyone else. Many women lose their voice, their identity, their confidence, and their connection to who they truly are beneath the roles, expectations, relationships, and responsibilities they carry.
F.L.Y. exists to help women reconnect with themselves emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and energetically so they can begin living more honestly, intentionally, and fully aligned with who they truly are.
Through community, coaching, retreats, transformational experiences, The F.L.Y. Portal™, Sovereign Sundays™, and F.L.Y. Tribes™, women are supported in healing, growing, rebuilding self-trust, establishing healthy boundaries, rediscovering purpose, and rising into their highest best selves.
