ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand this retreat includes travel, physical activities, emotional experiences, group participation, and personal development experiences. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with my participation.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that coaching, workshops, discussions, and retreat experiences are educational and transformational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I accept full responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
MEDICAL RELEASE
I certify that I am physically and emotionally capable of participating in this retreat. I agree to immediately inform retreat leaders of any condition that may impact my safety or participation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I release and hold harmless: Coach Lora Lucinda, F.L.Y.™ — Finally Loving Yourself™, F.L.Y. Finally Loving Yourself, LLC, Kaaba Luum Retreat Center, and retreat staff, facilitators, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

- Travel insurance
- Medical insurance
- Personal spending money
- Compliance with all travel requirements
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand: A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve my space. Retreat payments are subject to the retreat payment agreement. Payments already made may be non-refundable except where otherwise stated in writing. Retreat dates and itineraries may occasionally require modification due to circumstances outside the control of F.L.Y.™.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the retreat to potentially be used by F.L.Y.™ for educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

I understand that disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.
